Suicide or Sacrifice

"So many times I think of jumping off the building" - he said.
Why do people think about suicide?

1. They feel there's no one and nothing to live for.
2. A great sense of aloneness - detached - unconnected.
3. An un-understood pain.
4. Want people to know their pain.
5. No roads out of their predicament.

"But I am scared" - he continued.
What are people afraid of?
Why people don't carry out the suicide thoughts?

1. Scared of being "half-dead" - unsuccessful suicide.
2. Scared of ending up in hell. :Heaven's haunting question - Why did you kill yourself?
3. Not being around to know whether people actually realise their intense pain.
4. God's Mercy.

John 10:10 -Jesus said -" I have come that you may have life and life more abundantly."
John 15:13 - Greater love has no one than this, that he lay down his life for his friends.

John 10:15 just as the Father knows me and I know the Father-and I lay down my life for the sheep.
Romans 5:6-8.6 You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. 7 Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. 8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Ephesians 5:2 and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
1 Jn 4:10 -This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.

THANKS BE TO GOD.
